1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and 888jl ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a duly licensed online casino and sports betting operator regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under license number [PAGCOR License Number]. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, providing fraudulent information, or attempting to circumvent account limitations is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or assigned to any other individual or entity.

3. Account Management and Security

3.1 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent 888jl customer support. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Rules and Fairness

7. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 888jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or any other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; (d) technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors in the Platform; (e) bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the Platform; or (f) any other matter relating to the Platform or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by 888jl

888jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; chargebacks or payment disputes; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; breach of responsible gaming policies; or any activity that poses risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform. Upon suspension or termination, you will forfeit any pending bonuses and may forfeit your account balance if termination resulted from fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees and charges will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and processing times. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of 888jl management.

11. Dispute Resolution

By using the Platform, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11.3 Final Decision Authority

In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation of game rules, bonus terms, technical malfunctions, or any other matter not explicitly addressed in these Terms, the decision of 888jl management shall be final and binding. We maintain records of all transactions, game outcomes, and account activities for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Amendments to Terms

12.2 Severability

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
